ESIC registration offers medical care and insurance to employees and their families during illness, maternity, or employment injury.
Together, PF and ESIC registration form the backbone of any compliant HR setup in India. Employers hiring more than a specific number of employees must register under both to meet legal obligations and enhance employee satisfaction.
